I think the first thing we must understand is that on a bad day is going to happen at all. Nobody goes through life without a fight. It is, rather, as we have decided to react to the fact that really tells the story of the day. The first thing I ask people who tell me that they had a bad day is not "What was so bad?" But "How do you react to that day?" This brings up a different way of thinking. Unlike the first question, which leads us back to frustration and negative aspects of the day, the second makes you think how to react. This is the most important thing. If you have faced it, this can change a life of frustration because of the abundance of life.
